The purpose of the event is to Inspire and Empower PASHA Group employees to support the innovation culture and find opportunities to create business value through the understanding of global best practices and learning from the unique experiences of thought leaders.
The Innovation Day event was accepted with huge interest, and more than 240 employees from different businesses of PASHA Group joined the session hosted by two well-known keynote speakers – Dan Toma and Daniel Burrus.
Dan Toma is an innovation thought leader and author of the award-winning books – “Innovation Accounting” and “The corporate startup.” On Innovation Day, he talked about the ways of measuring innovation efforts in organizations.
Daniel Burrus was the second speaker at the event. He is a futurist and strategic advisor to many corporate organizations who identifies game-changing trends and strategies. Daniel talked about the ways of predicting the future. He stressed the importance of soft trends and hard trends that need to be followed by individuals and organizations as they will change the way Innovation works in the future.
