Octopus, which analyzes people looking at screens and shares content, created with the support of artificial intelligence, announced that it received a new investment of USD 750,000.
The startup’s investment round was led by APY Ventures. In addition to APY Ventures, Active Ventures Mindvest Fund, Finberg and TechOne VC were among the participants of the investment round.
Octopus positions itself in the market that no one has yet dominated. Its main focus is not to sell industrial displays but ensure that the content displayed on the screen is returned to sales in the most accurate way. They can analyze who is looking at what type of content on the screen, for how many seconds and display customized content accordingly within seconds. Octopus completed its first investment round in March 2021, and has recently opened the office in London.
Emre Yıldız, the founder of Octopus, said that with the investment he intends to rapidly develop both human capital and product features, as well as to increase the number of customers worldwide. Emin Ozer, CEO of Albaraka Portfolio, also noted that he is very happy to contribute to Octopus’s global journey.
