On the initiative of IRIA, the network of prestigious schools of the world is coming to Azerbaijan!


Innovation and Digital Development Agency announces cooperation with "Holberton School", the world's prestigious school network, under the sponsorship of "PASHA Holding" Group of Companies.

The Innovation and Digital Development Agency, sponsored by the "PASHA Holding" Group of Companies, has unveiled a groundbreaking collaboration with the prestigious global educational network, Holberton School, marking a significant stride in the realm of computer science and software engineering education in Azerbaijan.

Holberton School, renowned for its quality technological programs rooted in innovative and practical methodologies, is set to introduce a cutting-edge educational initiative within Azerbaijan's borders.

This educational endeavor, open to anyone aged 18 and above seeking to delve into the world of ICT, embraces a distinctive pedagogy based on peer-to-peer learning. This collaborative approach empowers students to cultivate their knowledge in a team-oriented environment, effectively mastering the curriculum through peer interaction.

Prospective students can engage in the selection process through an online application. The process entails a sequence of three steps, culminating in interviews conducted by Holberton representatives. It's noteworthy that candidates are not required to possess prior computer science or programming knowledge. Proficiency in English is, however, essential for candidates as the selection process unfolds in this language.

Sixty individuals who successfully navigate these selection stages will earn the privilege of participating in the program, coupled with full scholarship opportunities. The program's daily, in-person classes, running from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., span the initial nine months, instilling fundamental computer science skills. Graduates can subsequently embrace roles as junior software engineers or embark on one of six specialized paths, encompassing machine learning, augmented and virtual reality, low-level algorithms, full-stack, front-end, and back-end programming.
