One of the significant events within the framework of the summit was the signing of the "Memorandum of Agreement for Cooperation for the Development of the Innovation and Startup Ecosystem in the Republic of Azerbaijan." The memorandum was signed by Farrukh Aliyev, Director of the Innovation Department of PAŞA Holding, Fariz Jafarov, Executive Director of the Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4CIM) under the Ministry of Economy, Elnur Nasibov, Chairman of the Education Development Fund of the Ministry of Education, Inara Valiyeva, Acting President of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, and Kenan Najafov, Vice President of SOCAR.

Erdem Inan, CEO of Trendyol, Farid Mammadov, Deputy Executive Director of PAŞA Holding, Chris Barton, the founder of "Shazam," and Roman Lavrentev, COO of "Uzum," took the stage. Chris Barton shared insights on founding "Shazam" and discussed how others could achieve similar success.

The summit also featured discussions and workshops on digitization and e-commerce. Startups from various countries presented their ideas, adding a diverse perspective to the event. Toward the end, the Innovation and Digital Development Agency presented awards to startups. The winner of the "INBattle" startup competition received a $15,000 prize from "PAŞA Holding."
