The center is being established by EU4Digital, in partnership with the Azexport portal and the Digital Trade Hub (DTH) operated by the Center for Analysis and Communication of Economic Reforms.

According to the center's announcement, the primary objective of the project is to provide local businesses with the support they need to overcome challenges related to international market access, logistics, marketing, taxation, and other key areas."
