#Local

We had an interesting discussion with Shamsi Bayramzadeh, Executive Director of Holberton Educational Institution in Azerbaijan.

As you know, "Holberton School" continues its exceptional activity in strengthening innovative education methodology and ecosystem in the local market with global experience sourced from the Silicon Valley in the USA. We recently engaged in an intriguing discussion with the Executive Director of this innovative educational institution, Shamsi Bayramzade, to gain insights into the world of Holberton School and shed light on the announcement of the upcoming June cohort.

Shamsi Bayramzade: With pleasure. "Holberton School Azerbaijan" serves as a gateway to the dynamic technological education experience based on Silicon Valley innovations in the USA. Our mission extends beyond encouraging our students to acquire only technical knowledge and skills; we tirelessly work to prepare and support them for a thriving career in the ever-evolving ICT field. Through our innovative curriculum and project-based teaching approach, we not only instill technical skills but also nurture "soft skills" such as communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving to prepare and support them for their professional lives. At Holberton School, our students not only delve into coding languages but also enhance their communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Shamsi Bayramzade: In "Holberton School Azerbaijan," inclusivity stands at the forefront, encompassing every aspect of our activities. Firstly, we are the only global educational institution based on Silicon Valley in Azerbaijan. Our programs are designed to train individuals with varying levels of ICT knowledge and skills, from complete beginners to those with certain experience in the field, aged 18 and above. Most importantly, our unique peer-to-peer learning model enriches the educational experience at Holberton School Azerbaijan. The "peer-to-peer" methodology fosters a learning environment where students engage in mutual learning through teamwork, allowing them to more effectively embrace the educational program in a team setting. Through collaborative teamwork, students deepen their understanding of the curriculum and strengthen the supportive learning environment, ensuring that they integrate and apply their newly acquired knowledge effectively. Here at Holberton School Azerbaijan, we believe that inclusivity, professional development, and collaborative learning converge to shape tomorrow's technology leaders.

Shamsi Bayramzade: As for the future students of the June cohort, they can expect significant promises for those aspiring to obtain a globally influential certificate in the ICT field. Like our previous cohorts, this will be an immersive journey filled with practical projects, mentorship, and networking, along with other significant elements. Besides deepening their programming language and skills, our Career Services team will continually offer our students preparation for potential workplaces, acting as a bridge between students and influential companies and organizations in the local market to ensure our graduates achieve maximum success in the ICT field.
