Thus, the Azerbaijani start-up was bought by ""Agcurate BV"", invested by the ""Caucasus Ventures"" venture fund, founded with the support of the ""Dr. Agro"" Innovation and Digital Development Agency."

A significant event has occurred in the development of the startup ecosystem in our country. The Azerbaijani startup "Dr.Agro" has been acquired by "Agcurate BV," which is supported by the Innovation and Digital Development Agency and invested in by the "Caucasus Ventures" venture fund.

The headquarters of "Agcurate BV" is located in the city of Arnhem in the Netherlands. The startup is also engaged in research and development activities in the application of innovative technologies in agriculture in Turkey. The acquisition of "Dr. Agro" by "Agcurate BV" enhances the opportunities for the startup to provide services to food companies producing consumer goods and to enter the South Caucasus market.

The Azerbaijani startup "Dr. Agro," established in Azerbaijan, has extensive experience in agronomy and a network of partners and customers. Ramil Azmammadov, the co-founder and CEO of the startup, stated that through this collaboration, "Agcurate BV" will provide its customers in the new market with a 360-degree monitoring service in agricultural operations. Additionally, the acquisition will enrich the research and development activities of "Agcurate BV" with significant data obtained from broader regions and contribute to the development of pioneering innovations in the agricultural technology sector.
